Judy Yeager grew up in Campbell.  She is a 3rd generation Santa Clara Valley Native- her great-grandparents ranch bordered the “Winchester Ranch”.  She raised her children in the Almaden Valley area for 14 years, lived in the Morgan Hill area for 20 years and of course Campbell for many years.

Judy feels her familiarity and love of the Santa Clara Valley and its history, is an asset to her clients.  She attended West Valley College and San Diego State University.

Judy has been a Realtor for 25 years and has sold properties from San Juan Bautista to Los Altos. She was a top producing Agent for Alain Pinel and has been a Diamond Certified Agent at Coldwell Banker.   She has helped hundreds of clients through life’s transitions- from first time buyers to downsizing Baby Boomers to Investors.

 Although she works with all age ranges, Judy has also had the opportunity to work with a number of "Senior" clients, which she especially enjoys. She has attained the SRES designation Seniors Real Estate Specialist. A "Senior" is anywhere between 55 years of age to 100+! Seniors' needs are very specific as they are often contemplating selling their largest asset and preparing for retirement. Many haven't sold a home in over 40 years- much has changed. She helps to patiently guide them through this process.

 She has also gathered many resources to provide to her Senior clients to assist them and their families with all aspects of their move.

Recently Judy has been helping many families who are selling the family home after the parents have transitioned. She has the expertise and a calming sensibility when working with Probate, Trust Sales and the delicate issues that arise in these sometimes emotional transactions.

Previous Experience

Judy's previous experience working with a Custom Home Builder has given her an eye for quality as well as an appreciation for skilled workmanship. She has observed the process from permit to move in day. She can help you prepare your home for the selling process and show you how to properly “stage” it for best viewing results. She works diligently with Buyers to find their perfect home and really listens to their needs. Judy is tenacious in finding her Buyers the type and location of home they desire. She has made many clients happy as she has great networking access to find those off market gems.

She is a full time, full service Realtor who loves the challenge and excitement of selling Real Estate.
